In an event only slightly more frequent than the return of Halley’s Comet the Iowa FAIR Plan Association had an open customer service representative position.
Please welcome Amy Miller, AINS. Amy is a licensed agent with many years of experience as a customer service representative at an independent insurance agency in West Des Moines. She is an Iowa State University graduate and holds the Associate in General Insurance designation from The Institutes.
Amy has lived in Arizona and New Mexico before returning to her hometown of West Des Moines. Amy is the mother of two children, one in college and the other in elementary school. In her “spare time” she enjoys traveling the world and is an accomplished hiker.
