Policyholders should report claims promptly. Claims can be submitted via phone, mail, fax, or e-mail. We accept ACORD forms or any insurer’s claims form.

Producers should encourage their insureds to contact them immediately in the event of a serious loss. All such information should then be reported to the Iowa FAIR Plan Association as soon as possible but no later than the next business day. The Iowa FAIR Plan Association uses independent claims adjusting services for all claims. All loss assignments will be made by the Iowa FAIR Plan Association.
