Dalith Wells has been with EMC Insurance Companies for over 20 years. During this time, she has worked in personal lines in various positions and most recently as the Field Operations Manager. Her insurance career started at IMT Insurance Companies 23 years ago. Dalith has a Bachelors in Business from William Penn College for Working Adults. She also holds the API, CIC, and CPCU designations.
Dalith’s husband, Mike, is a Sales Manager for Midwest Alarm Services. They have one son and two dogs. During her free time, she enjoys singing at Grace Church.
